Intelligent MPPT Solar Charge Controller for Lead Acid Batteries

The charge regulator is only suitable for regulating solar modules. Never connect another charging source to the charge regulator. Make sure your battery has enough voltage for the controller to recognize the type before first installation. The battery cable should be as short as possible to minimize loss. Controller supports Lead-acid (OPEN, AGM, GEL), Lithium LiFePO4, Ternary Lithium batteries.

The product features a built-in industrial micro controller and a large-screen LCD display. It provides charging and discharging current display, cumulative power generation and discharge power query, temperature display, light control + delay control. The charging and discharging parameters are adjustable, and the system has power-off memory and other functions.

The controller has dual USB outputs, with a maximum current of 2.5A, to support mobile phone charging. It is equipped with all necessary protections, including short-circuit protection, open-circuit protection, reverse protection, and over-load protection. The reverse current protection and low heat production ensure the controller's self-recovering ability without damage.

When installing, connect the battery to the charge regulator-plus and minus, and connect the load to the charge regulator-plus and minus. Connect the photovoltaic module to the regulator-plus and minus. The reverse order applies when deinstalling, and an improper sequence order can damage the controller.

For operation, short press the menu key to cycle through the interface and parameters. Long press the menu button for 3 seconds to enter the settings manually. The number will be flashing, and you can turn the key to adjust the parameters you want. After completing the settings, the system will automatically save the setting value and exit the setup menu.

The discharge recovery voltage refers to the battery discharge protection, where the battery voltage is restored to the voltage to open the output. The discharge cut-off voltage refers to the battery discharge voltage, at which the load is turned off to protect the battery and prevent over-discharge damage.

The load operation mode includes [24H] for load output 24 hours (except for battery under voltage), [1-15H] for load on after sunset and closed after setting hours, and [0H] for dusk to dawn.

The product is available in various models, including YCX30A, YCX40A, YCX50A, YCX60A, and YCX100A, with different battery voltages, charge currents, discharge currents, and maximum solar inputs. All models have 2-way USB outputs with a maximum current of 5V/2.5A and a self-consumption of less than 10mA. The operating temperature range is -35°C to +60°C, and the size is 1709245mm, with a weight of 450g.
